Withdrawal information

Note: FundingOS is intended exclusively for businesses, associations and organisations. A statutory right of withdrawal generally exists only for consumers (§ 13 BGB). If a consumer contract applies in an individual case, the information below applies; this also applies to free digital services where the consumer provides personal data (§ 312(1a) BGB). No payments are due on the free plan. An effective withdrawal ends the contract; personal data is then handled according to the deletion process described in the privacy notice, unless statutory obligations prevent this.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (System Error MM GmbH, Lehrter Straße 49, 10557 Berlin, email contact@fundingos.app) of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. For the reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless something else has been agreed.

Early expiry

For digital content or services, the right of withdrawal expires if we began performance before the end of the period with your express consent and you confirmed that you knew you would lose the right of withdrawal.
